Required Documents for CDCFIB Screening (Soft Reminder)
To all Candidates that will be shortlisted, please take note of the important screening documents listed below. Ensure everything is properly arranged ahead of time.
Identification and Certificate Documents
• Printout of the CDCFIB invitation letter
• Printout of Application Confirmation Slip showing your ID number
• A valid means of identification (BVN slip or bank confirmation is acceptable)
• Original copies of all relevant certificates, including:
• Date of Birth declaration
• Indigene Certificate
• Educational qualifications
Photographs and Stationery
• Eight (
copies of normal-size coloured passport photographs
• Writing materials: pen, pencil, eraser, and sharpener
Medical and Conduct Documents
• Medical Certificate or Medical Fitness Report from a Government Hospital
• Letter of Good Conduct issued by your area head or district authority
Guarantor Information
• Completed Guarantor Information Form
• Signed original copies or photocopies of all guarantor documents and printouts

Candidates are to appear for screening in the following:

White vest
White shorts
Men must be completely shaved
Women should have their hair naturally woven all back
Face mask is compulsory
